Photo, Signature & Thumb Impression Guidelines
Photograph:
- Submit a high-quality, recent passport-sized color photo with a white background.
- Ensure your face occupies at least 75% of the frame.
Thumb Impression:
- Use an A4-sized paper.
- Draw a rectangular box (3 cm x 5 cm) and place your left thumb impression inside the box.
Signature:
- On A4-sized paper, draw a rectangular box (2 cm x 7 cm).

The selection process for GATE 2025 is entirely online, consisting of a computer-based test (CBT).
